It depends on what you’re storing. Our 12′ x 30′ spaces work well for personal watercraft, jet skis, and smaller boats. The 14′ x 30′ fits mid-size boats and smaller Class C motorhomes. Our most popular size, the 14′ x 40′, handles most full-size RVs and larger boats comfortably. If you have a fifth wheel, toy hauler, or oversize rig, the 14′ x 45′ gives you the extra room you need. Every tenant receives a personal pin code for gate access. You can come and go whenever you need to — no staff check-in required, no appointments, no waiting. Just punch in your code and pull right in.

Yes. Both locations are fully fenced with gated entry and 24-hour video surveillance. Only tenants with active pin codes can access the facility. We take the security of your investment seriously.

Yes, we offer both open and covered storage options at our locations. Covered spaces provide additional protection from Colorado’s sun, hail, and weather. Availability varies by location, so contact us to check current inventory.

Yes. We have a dump station available so you can take care of waste cleanout before or after storage. It’s one less errand on your way home from a trip.
